Culinary Magazine Nasty Monday.
My name is Nastya Monday and this is my culinary magazine.
I have a huge culinary library in English and French. A lot of books have passed to me from my uncle, who studied in a sorbon and bought gastronomic Laruses back in the 60s of the last century. Most of the recipes I take from foreign culinary books. If I change something, I definitely write about it.
My main hobby is a photograph. My works can be seen in the two books of the publishing house "Your Book" - "Vegetarianism" and "Home cuisine with herbs and spices." I worked as a photographer and stylist. My author’s book will be released by the summer. But what it will be about, let it remain a little secret.
On the pages of the magazine you will not find a hyper of complex recipes, I shoot what I cook every day. Sometimes, of course, something slips there, but sooooo rarely.
