Glaucoma patients and caregivers, this app is for you!
The MyEyeDrops app is developed by the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) to help glaucoma patients and their caregivers in the application of eye drops and medication.
For glaucoma patients and their caregivers, this app will:
1.Remind them to put the eye drops or take their medication at the right time.
2.Show them the correct way of putting eye drops through a video.
3.Indicate the correct eye drops for the correct eye.
4.Allow them to listen to instructions through an audio function.
5.Allow multiple users and caregivers to be alerted of the reminders.
6.Allow them to customise various functions and settings.
Not putting the eye drops as prescribed could lead to deterioration of the vision and worsening of the condition. Through this app, SNEC hopes to encourage people with glaucoma to apply the eye drops as prescribed by their doctors and take ownership in ensuring that their vision does not deteriorate.

Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC)
Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) is the designated national centre within Singapore’s public sector healthcare network. It spearheads and co-ordinates the provision of specialised ophthalmological services with emphasis on quality education and research.
SNEC’s facilities include an 8-storey tower block and a four-storey podium block and it consists of three floors of outpatient clinics supported by comprehensive ancillary facilities, nine operating theatres with expanded day recovery suites and two floors housing the Singapore Eye Research Institute's research clinics and research laboratories.
