The application includes, among other things, an "autopilot" consisting of a number of guided meditations and breathing exercises where a soothing voice takes you by the hand and guides you through.
In addition, you have access to a logbook, a kind of diary that gives you an overview of your anxiety attacks as well as a number of proven exercises that are based on mindfulness, guided meditation and ACT (Accepttence and Commitment Therapy). In addition, there are a number of good tips on how to handle your anxiety in everyday life.
You also have access to a feature that can send an SMS with your position and message that you have an anxiety attack for a mobile number you have chosen - eg. your partner or parent.
